Annemieke Aartsma-Rus presented at the Swiss RNA Therapeutics Summit at the University of Bern

On January 23, Annemieke Aartsma-Rus gave a presentation entitled "From Duchenne exon skipping to N=1 treatment: Applying lessons learned for (very) rare disease patients" at the Swiss RNA Therapeutics Summit in Bern, Switzerland. She highlighted the work of the DCRT and stressed the importance of collaboration and sharing. DCRT’s expert advice was also mentioned in a talk presenting work from Algara Goga and Johannes Häberle, who are trying to develop ASOs for a Swiss N=1 patient with a metabolic disorder.

Annemieke was also interviewed by Swiss Radio to talk about N=1 therapies and her work in Duchenne. Here is a link to the interview.
