DCRT at FEBS session on RNA therapeutics

Annemieke Aartsma-Rus presented about the DCRT during the RNA therapeutics for genetic and infectious disease seminar that was organized during the BioSummit by FEBS, IUBMB and PABMB in Lisbon Portugal on July 12th. The session was chaired by Prof Fragkoulis and Prof Viguera and featured an introduction to RNA therapies by Prof Desviat (via zoom due to COVID), an overview of opportunities for DNA and RNA vaccines by Prof Pavlakis and the concept of developing individualized antisense oligonucleotides by Prof Aartsma-Rus. The session was very well attended and was followed by a lively discussion with the audience.
