The gene list - eligible genes and diseases

The DCRT has compiled a list of genes and diseases that we consider eligible for RNA therapy. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but a starting point for clinicians and researchers to get an idea what conditions we can target with personalized antisense oligonucleotides.

Dr Marlen Lauffer, a senior researcher at the Dutch Center for RNA Therapeutics, was invited to give a talk at the Genomics England research summit in London on the 9th of July. She presented DCRT's work on the identification of genes and diseases and guidelines for patient selection.
